At the Cleveland location, B. Riley House offers residential treatment at the ASAM 3.5 level of care, PHP, IOP, individual counseling, mental-health care, and psychiatry. Services also include HIV/STI testing, PrEP and Doxy-PEP, and support for veterans.

Residential, PHP, and IOP options can be discussed with the intake team alongside therapy, mental health, and psychiatry needs.
