Good Faith Estimate & No Surprises Act

Under the federal No Surprises Act, people who are uninsured or who are not using insurance generally have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected costs of their care.

1. Request your estimate

   Ask the intake team for a Good Faith Estimate when you schedule or discuss care. Call (216) 417-4831 or use the contact form. We can explain what information is needed for an estimate.

2. Published sober-living rates

   For self-pay sober living, Miami is $800 per month or $200 per week, and Cleveland sober living is $500 per month. These published rates are available for planning, and a written estimate is available on request.

3. If the bill is higher

   If you are billed more than the Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill under the No Surprises Act. Keep your estimate and bill, and contact the intake team with questions so we can help you understand the next step.

4. Questions are welcome

   Costs can depend on the service, location, timing, and information available when an estimate is prepared. Please ask intake to review the details with you before you decide. A Good Faith Estimate is an estimate of expected charges, not a promise about an individual’s treatment outcome.
